行政院為因應我國人口快速老化及長期照顧需求人口數快速增加等處境，於民國(下同)96年4月核定「我國長期照顧十年計畫」(下稱長照1.0) ，嗣後衛福部配合整體長照政策走向，於106年開始推動「我國長期照顧十年計畫2.0」(下稱長照2.0)，由於汲汲於拓展長照服務據點佈建及服務提供數量，欠缺服務提供之監測與品質管控，長照預算經費大幅成長，惟106及107年經費執行率均不及5成，在制度面及執行面上亦有諸多缺失。監察院內政及族群委員會、財政及經濟委員會聯席會議於109年5月19日通過監察委員尹祚芊、楊美鈴提出的調查報告，糾正衛福部。衛福部錯了嗎？衛福部錯在哪裡？ B&B Radio幫幫廣播網李希昌主持《有我照你》 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
