Welcome to 2023!

from Rocking Midlife®- the Podcast · host Cat Coluccio

Who do you want to become in 2023?Tune in to the very first episode of the Rocking Midlife® Podcast for 2023, to hear my personal update as well as a challenge for you!To give you some perspective as well, I recorded this first episode of the Rocking Midlife® Podcast in mid January – well before the record breaking weather bomb that hit New Zealand, causing widespread flooding and damage to Auckland. Hence, I sound quite upbeat and positive in the episode, giving an update on my personal world and asking you about how you are, and who you want to become in 2023. Incidents like the flooding being experienced here, natural disasters, political conflict and more, are reminders that there is so much out of our control, and that oftentimes, life can absolutely suck. On the other hand though, becoming who we want to become in the new year is something we can control......Want to become more intentional in which relationships you put time and effort into this year?Want to become more mindful and less stressed?Want to create a life that is purposeful and fulfilling?Want to become more grateful and less judgemental? We're only one month into the year, and already so much has happened that is out of our control. Nevertheless, there are still 11 months to go where you have the possibility of experiencing growth in so many areas of your life, if you choose to intentionally focus on who you want to become this year.So here's to 2023. Whilst it might be off to a bumpy start, may we never lose the ability to hope and dream.PS: Grab my FREE gift for you - the "Dare to Dream Workbook" to help you get clear about what you really want to do and become over the next 90 days!
