I am so glad you’re here.  Inner Alchemy is a show for the dreamers, doers, and changemakers navigating burnout, big questions, and the desire to return to what truly matters. I’m your host, Ashley Logan, a somatic guide, mother, entrepreneur, and transformational coach. I started Inner Alchemy after navigating my own experience with burnout, loss and identity shifts during motherhood—and woke up to realize that the life I built no longer felt like mine. I set down a path of coming home to myself, so I could live a life that was not only aligned…but a life that was mine. Here, we cover everything from nervous system regulation and somatic healing, to practical, embodied tools that help women reconnect with their bodies, intuition and sense of worth.
