Welcome to the Night Court - A Court of Mist and Fury Review

Head back to Prythian with Emily and Alex as they dive into A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas, a sequel that completely swept them off their feet. With Emily returning to a longtime favourite and Alex falling hard for the world beyond the wall, they revel in the stunning imagery of Velaris and the magic of the Night Court. From swooning over chapters 54 and 55 (but especially 54) to falling in love with Rhysand and his unforgettable Inner Circle, the two explore everything that makes this book a fan favourite. The pacing feels sharper, the tension deliciously drawn out, and the emotional payoff deeply satisfying. They trace the puzzle pieces Maas has been laying from the very beginning, all leading to a betrayal that left them reeling and furious at a certain character they will now likely despise forever. Covering only the first two books in the series and avoiding all other SJM spoilers, this episode is perfect for both seasoned fans and first-time visitors alike. So pull up a seat and get cosy, darling, because this is your invitation to the Night Court.
