Welcome to The Orchestra Teacher Podcast!

from The Orchestra Teacher Podcast · host Dr. Charles Laux

My newest project is this podcast, called “The Orchestra Teacher.” It is my hope that I will be able to capture the interest of string and orchestra teachers by interviewing some of the most outstanding educators in our profession to get their insight into what they do. I want to learn about their educational philosophies, daily routines, teaching strategies, successes, and situations that challenge them. Through these discussions, we can all reflect, learn, and grow. You will be able to listen to episodes of the podcast and subscribe on OrchestraTeacher.net, anchor.fm, Spotify, and more.Stay tuned for new episodes every few weeks. Our first guest will be Mr. Matthew Radspinner, Orchestra Director at Williamsport Area School District in Pennsylvania. Be sure to subscribe so you don’t miss an episode! The list of future guests includes educators and other influencers from all walks of the string teaching profession. If you have someone in mind who would make a good guest, please don’t hesitate to let me know!  I can be reached via my website at www.OrchestraTeacher.net.Thanks for listening!
