Well that explains it...The Mandalorian and Grogu DIVISION

The Mandalorian and Grogu was made to put a movie out that stands alone and isn't tied to anything else in the overall story. That was the intention. I think it's fine, however to be the first film in 7 years after how Mandalorian Season 2 took us to such great heights, then crashed them in Season 3, then gave us this film, seems a bit of a pointless Star Wars roller coaster ride to me. I was fine with Mandalorian and Grogu, but I am tired of them making stuff that's so surface level. It's time to get into the lore, stay consistent, and make something really moving like George Lucas - THAT MATTERS to the overall story. We've gotten enough inconsequential stories, time to get something actually meaningful after the poorly planned Star Wars Sequel trilogy.
