#5 In this episode, health coach and yoga instructor, Liz Marcuse, dives into what it's like being an employee of Athleta and how she approaches her customers regarding body image in retail. She also sought out Hungry for Happiness originally as a client due to her previous eating disorder and body dysmorphia, but soon became a coach herself. I personally have not struggled with an eating disorder and I have been doing my 1:1 coaching with Liz for about 6 weeks now and I never imagined the things I have accomplished in such little time.
