講到「自來水」，大家自然會想到現代城市生活，開水喉就有乾淨食水，方便又安全。但原來早在近千年前，中國古人已經開始思考城市供水問題，甚至建立相當成熟的引水系統。而今集主角，正是大家熟悉的大文豪︰蘇軾。蘇軾不單止識寫詩填詞，原來亦十分關心民生工程，當中包括修築水道、改善供水，讓百姓受惠。今集《文化360》，陳玉清會展開全新主題《蘇軾與自來水》。
