We've Come a Long Way! It's my 50th Episode!!

Three years ago, I launched this simple podcast that has undergone various facelifts, but I am so proud of where it’s come! To celebrate my MONUMENTAL 50th episode…I bring it back to the beginning and invite my OG crew, Won Hee Lee (9) and Dr. Matt Koller (9) onto the pod. Won Hee and I reunite to interview Matt on this past year as an official practicing psychiatrist. Matt, or should I say Dr. Koller ;), shares what he has noticed in the mental health field, what simple advice he has for our listeners, and how his work has even affected his view of his own mental health. We then shift gears as Won Hee and I also reflect on our own mental health journeys, our relationship with imposter syndrome and perfectionism, and how we navigate our identities as Asian Americans.  Listen in as we share our triggers in relationship to our Enneagram Types, how faith plays a foundational part for each of us, and simple goals we have for the coming year.
