WHAT A DAY!!

from Girly Isabella · host isalifestyle

I started the night at our alliance students forum old party. I wasn’t even in the party proper, just around there trying to host things and make sure everyone was okay. It kicked off around 11 PM and I figured I’d leave early, but one thing led to another. Then around 1 AM rain started falling heavily and people had to scatter back to their different zones. By the time everything settled, sleep was already late and my body was done. Because of that late night, I couldn’t wake up early for church today. That’s something that really got to me. Missing service wasn’t planned at all, it just happened because I was up late and my eyes refused to open. I felt bad about it, like I let myself down. Church is one thing I try not to miss, but today my body just wouldn’t cooperate after the rain and the whole night stress. Still, I’m not beating myself up too much. Sometimes these things happen when you’re trying to be there for people. Next time I’ll plan better so I don’t sacrifice sleep and miss something important like service. Lesson learned: you can show up for others, but you also have to show up for yourself too. Thanks for visiting

The Changeling Thomas Middleton; William Rowley The Changeling is a sensational 1622 tragicomedy by Thomas Middleton and William Rowley that comprises two intertwining plots. The first involves Beatrice-Joanna, daughter of the governor of Alicante, and her unruly passion for Alsemero, despite the fact that she is engaged to Alonzo de Piracquo. She enlists the aid of her father's servant De Flores to kill Alonzo so that she can marry Alsemero. However, she does not anticipate that De Flores, who is in love with her, will demand payment for the deed. The second plot is set in a madhouse, where the jealous old doctor Alibius is keeping his beautiful young wife Isabella confined so that she will not be unfaithful to him. Despite his best efforts, she is assailed by illicit suitors on all sides: Franciscus, who disguises himself as a madman, Antonio, who disguises himself as a fool, and Lollio, his lustful servant.
