Right now we are being sold all this ‘new year, new you’ bullshit, and I’m asking you, what actually changes on January 1st? Nothing. You can have all the ideas, all the thoughts that this year is going to be different, but unless you put those thoughts into action, nothing changes at all. It doesn’t have to be a new year for you to change your life. Your mindset can change at any time and you can take new actions.
