This teaching is about what the Bible calls scripture. Remember the NT didn't even exist yet. I truly don't think when Paul or Peter or John or James wrote there letters to fellow believers to teach them Torah and to encourage them as they came out of paganism to obey and follow YHWH'S laws and commandments that they were writing scripture. The NT writers were not trying to rewrite the Torah or teach a new religion called Christianity. They were just teaching what was from the beginning. This we must understand if we are truly in YHWH/Yahshua. The Torah and the prophets and Psalms and what Yahshua taught are the Scriptures.
