What being brave looks like in real life

When you think of being brave what do you see? I used to see the movie Braveheart with Mel Gibson and his fellow actors running down hills with swords in their hand. But that is not being brave in my real life. However I am brave as I show up in my life, face challenges (though not always willingly), and speak my truth.
