WHAT CAN BE TAUGHT - WHAT MUST WE LEARN?

Some things, not always purposefully taught, we learn by observation & our experience of life - things like kindness & decency. Adults often tell children: DO AS I SAY, NOT AS I DO, but children model our behavior, so while children are not inherently prejudiced or hateful, they can learn to BE that way by watching the adults around them.
