What Can We Learn From Jesus? Weekly Recap - Matthew 19-25

The last 6 days have had us in Matthew chapters 19 through 25. There are SO many lessons that the 5000 characters allowed here would not be enough. That said, some of the highlights include the many parables He taught, and the wisdom he displayed when confronted by the religious elite of His day. It comes as no shock that those in power are in love with their exalted positions and fight to keep them. When faced with the truth of Jesus however, they implode and ultimately as we will see next week crucify him so they can stay in power. Little do they know that their power is doomed to fail. We ended with possibly the most important lesson we need. Sacrificial love. Are you sacrificing your time, money, energy to serve others? We could sure use a lot more of that today.
