What can you STOP doing today in your coworking space that you don't need to do anymore?

What can you STOP doing today in your coworking space that you don't need to do anymore? Subscribe by email @ https://berniejmitchell.com/ We start doing tasks and processes and then carry on doing them because they become a habit. For example, someone who used to work for you set up a system, and it was built around them, and everyone keeps on doing it that way - even though the person has left. Everyone does it, but you know you shouldn't, but no one says it out loud. So you accidentally end up haemorrhaging loads of time, energy and expense on this thing you don't realise you don't need to do. There are lots of stories where people stop doing something, and no one ever notices they stop doing it, particularly in large organisations. I know one story where a report must be sent every week. The team left one page out weekly and then sent the report with only a telephone number on each page. No one ever called or asked what was going on. There are lots of things that happen that don't need to happen, and no one knows why they happen. For today's coworking mindset, look at your systems, processes, and little bits you do daily and see what you can stop doing now. ✅ I know one space in London that did this in detail and saved £10k pcm by cancelling software and making full use of what they had. Be brave - and you'll save time, energy and expense in the months ahead. Have a remarkable day. Be careful out there. It is a jungle. #coworking #communityisthekey #coworkinglondon #ukcoworking #coworkingmindset #15minutecity #coworkingspace #coworkingcommunitySubscribe to Coworking Community Builder Daily on Soundwise
