What does it mean to extend reality?

XR is more than just VR and AR. We can also consider computers, cars, and every other technology as an extension of our reality in some way. Our ideas and language is also an extension of reality. Thus I talk about how and why we need to consciously consider what parts of reality we are extending and how we are doing so. Does that leave our world in a better or worse state? I also talk a little about the concept of good and evil, holistic design, and general updates about my life and my goals.
