This is the cycle that never ends, yes it goes on and on my friend! 🙃 Don’t be fooled by the love bombing! The narcissist has conditioned you to accept their behaviour as “normal” so the cycle can continue on as long as possible. In this episode, I talk about what's really going on when things are going well with the narcissist in your life. It's really just another manipulation tactic to keep the cycle of abuse alive and well. You can’t change the narcissist, the only thing you can control is how you react. No reaction is the goal, but it’s hard when your emotions are bamboozled all over the place and the narcissist is trying to provoke you. It’s important to see through the manipulation tactics, take your emotions out of it, and make the logical choice rather than the emotional choice you’re being manipulated with. Doing the inner work in baby steps is how you master this. One day at a time.
