So what does a comfortable, healthy or happy YOU look like, feel like and sound like?We want to understand what well-being means to our podcast listening audience to get a better understanding of this topic. Feel free to do some Googling before you answer the question but don't get bogged down by what you find. There are multiple dimensions to well-being.From physical to emotional, communal, psychological, financial, and more. There are several indicators you can use to measure well-being. For now, ignore all of that and just answer with your gut;What does wellbeing mean to YOU and what does it look like, feel like, sound like? In the next episode of the Leadership Vision Podcast, Sarah and I are going to unpack this a bit as we listen to how each of our team members defined well-being for them.
