What Ghosting Means About You with Colleen Nelson

from Anything for Love | Katie Grimes

This week, I sat down with Colleen Nelson, trauma therapist and relationship coach, to talk about ghosting and what it means about you. Ghosting is so common nowadays and it can be a difficult thing to understand and process, whether you're the one doing the ghosting or being ghosted.  When you're the one doing the ghosting, that's a conflict-avoidant response that keeps you from using your voice and ultimately holds you back. It's important to recognize the trauma you may have experienced that caused you to respond to situations this way → and remember that when you ghost someone, that stays with you. On the other hand, when you're the one who got ghosted, it doesn't mean anything about you. It's normal to feel upset but at the end of the day, it's all about the other person and their conflict-avoidant behavior. Listen to this episode to learn what ghosting or getting ghosted could mean about you - and don't hesitate to share with someone who could use the same lesson, too!   My Guide for Letting Love In   Find Your Voice Coaching
