What Happens In Vegas Stays In Vegas: Bodybuilding, Vodka, and A-LOT of Salmon

Hey guys!! Thank you so much for tuning in to today's show- I hope you love it :)In this one, I'm taking you behind the scenes of my national-level bikini competition in Las Vegas. Peak week is no joke- from water manipulation and depletion to carb loading and taking shots at 8am on show day. If you've ever wondered what the final week before stepping on stage really looks like, this episode is for you.Later in the show, I'm sharing post competition reflections, what's next for me, and how I celebrated after stepping off stage (5 am dance floors baby).Enjoy this story-time and have the courage (and the curls) to chase something you're passionate about! Hard work matters — but don’t forget, there’s power in playing hard too!Connect with me on IG: https://www.instagram.com/yoitskenslo/https://www.instagram.com/curlsandcouragepodcast/Interested in 1:1 fitness and nutrition coaching?
