What Happens In Vegas, Stays In Vegas - HR Tech 2025-6

Here’s my quick recap of HR Technology 2025, which was jam-packed with vendors like never before. The HR traffic was down but the vendor traffic was higher than I’ve seen in years. Why? Well $800 billion has been invested in AI infrastructure this year and many of these software companies are taking advantage of it. There are probably too many tools in the market again, but for you HR tech buyers, it’s kind of like a candy store of options. As I discussed in my keynote, it’s a tricky time to pick vendors, but as always it’s important to focus on the problem, not on the product or platform.
