2021 was a year for the books. I heard so many say they couldn't wait to get this year over with, hoping for a better year ahead. And sometimes I found myself wishing for the same thing. 2021 was a year for the books.   I heard so many say they couldn't wait to get this year over with, hoping for a better year ahead.  And sometimes I found myself wishing for the same thing.  But then I was able to sit down and really reflect on what 2021 has taught me.  In looking back, I have realized that 2021 had a lot to offer, and so in this episode I will several things that I learned, came to appreciate, and the three things that have had the most impact on me personally:

  1. Choosing how I want to think and feel about the situations in my life and the world
  2. Understanding that I am a creator:  of my life, my relationships, my business
  3. I can honor other's agency, with love and compassion

I am excited for the new year ahead and look forward to building on the three things that have made such an impact in my life.  What is it you are looking forward to in 2022?
