What I learnt from Eckhart Tolle...

Last Saturday I had the chance, perhaps a once in a lifetime chance, of seeing Eckhart Tolle live in Sydney. And to summarise it, it was an experience of presence, of learning to be right here, right now. Nonetheless, the teacher's pet in me (haha) had to take notes, mainly because some of those nuggets of wisdom need to keep living, and because perhaps they are what you need to hear today to support you in your journey of remembering.
