In this very non linear episode, I talk about the concept of letting go when it comes to the narratives, coping mechanisms, defences and blocks that keep us from receiving love. At the root of our coping mechanisms, or at the core of why we hold onto resentment, anger and blame, is fear. Love is deeply vulnerable and so fear inevitably arises within it because we don’t want to get hurt and feel pain. If we approach love unconsciously, we will be at the mercy of our triggers, fears and wounds. And if we don’t deal (lovingly) with our pain, it will surely come out sideways both within a relationship and most especially if/when we breakup from that relationship. Tune in for more… Loving you from afar, Corinne
