What if your path needs to be a little weird?
from Redesign Your Life - One Imperfect Step at a Time · host Lynn Grogan | Certified Life Coach
Many of us believe life is supposed to be linear. And it feels like we're doing something wrong when it's not. We’re given this idea from a young age that things should unfold in a particular order. And if we deviate from that, we’d better have a really good explanation ready. For some people having a defined path is reassuring, but for others, the idea of linearity can be incredibly limiting. This can lead people to take on roles or stay way too long in situations just because of how it might look if they left or changed things up.So what if you gave yourself permission to imagine your path as a little bit weird? What old stories about yourself would you have to drop? What would be different about today?I want to encourage you to explore that thing, whatever it is, to just plant the seeds of a different path. Your future self will thank you. Mentioned in the Episode- Redesign Your Life, Quitting Without a PlanReady to start creating a life you love?
