What is Gaslighting? Episode #281

from Hope when there was none Hosted by Melinda Kunst

Have you heard any of these before? Gaslighting is when a person makes you doubt your sanity! They can accuse you of things that they did. They can turn others against you. They say you are crazy and you can feel that you are! Someone out there needs to know they are not alone and that they can survive. Perhaps you are a parent or friend of someone trapped in an abusive relationship and need to know how to help. My goal is to share awareness, offer empowerment, and educate others about emotional traumas and domestic abuse. Here I will share my story and also stories of courage and healing from Survivors, Coaches, to Therapists/Counselors.
