In this episode of Defiant Health, I’d like to talk about the unique oral skin health product I formulated called Gut to Glow.

Some of you may know that, in addition to writing books, speaking, and supporting my programs, I have also taken on the role of Chief Medical Officer for a company called Realize Therapeutics that I co-founded, created to commercialize some of the concepts that I have developed.

Those of you following my Lactobacillus reuteri yogurt discussions know that we are witnessing some interesting effects on skin, sleep, appetite, and libido.
