Were you told you have high inflammation? Inflammation is talked about all the time. But what is it? And are there things we can do to reduce inflammation? Some foods are highly inflammatory but there are a lot of other common contributors to inflammation. This does not look the same for everyone but there are some things we can do to reduce inflammation. Things like regulating your blood sugar levels, improving how you handle stress, poor sleep, toxins, and infections.
