What Is Integrated Performance?
from Heart First Leadership · host Ryan and Heidi Sawyer
In this episode, Ryan gives a 10,000-foot overview of Integrated Performance. He also discusses: Understanding our basic human needs- Identity, meaning, purpose in life, and the feeling of making a difference in the world. Most importantly a sense of psychological safety. When we don't feel our needs are being met, we create narratives that lead to unserving habits and behaviors. We become overly externally focused, afraid of failure, self-judgmental, and closed off to new possibilities. We overidentify with roles and achievements such as money, status, etc.We need to train our minds to operate from a place of love, abundance, and wholeness rather than scarcity and lack. Learning to take whatever is happening in the outer world as a catalyst for growth in our inner world. Greater awareness of your true essence allows for a greater capacity to operate from your highest impact self.We can learn to meet our own needs rather than constantly sourcing externally. Integrated Performance is the art and practice of merging the inner and outer world to create the experience of life you most desire. Training your mind to be flexible, mobile, strong, and fast! 📲 QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS: SEND US A TEXT OR VOICE MESSAGEWebsite: CompeteHeartFirst.comFollow Us on SocialInstagram @HeartFirstLeadershipFacebook @HeartFirstLeadershipYoutube Chanel @HeartFirstLeadership
