Not enough! Practice is a means to increase the flow of perception. It is a concentration of and paying attention to (1.) bodily processes; (2.) our greater senses of heart & soul; and (3.) building a platform upon which we can utilize self nurturing, flowing awareness helping guide us through the currents we meet in Life. Oh, everything is energy, currents is a dual purpose word, ebb and flow is a part of everything, period, (think about that in your Practice) the rise and fall of energy levels, right! And, also, it is the inter-face with time and space and the degree of recognition of what's being embraced in the present "flowing"moment, with its infinitude of currents. It's O.K. they all flow into one, embrace, accept, be humble before, and appreciate. and no, I haven't said this is easy, it is effort, it is practice, and there is a continual need to re-affirm what you are doing, until it becomes a deeply engrained habit.
