What is low energy costing you?

from Thrive Well with Becci · host Becci Barnley

Without doubt I am consistently seeing clients whose energyis on the floor. Those 3pm slumps, the brain fog, the grabbing of caffeine or a sugar hit just to see them through. And what amazes me is how this has literally become the norm – like a badge of honour, totally acceptable to be exhausted and pushing through. In this episode, I am unpacking what your energy is reallycosting you and why you feel like you are running on empty despite trying to do all the right things.  I’ll explore the most common patterns I see in clinic: underfuelling and poor eating habits, over exercising, poor sleep, rest and recovery, draining relationships and not being productive despite being ‘busy’ and feeling frustrated with your performance at work. You’ll learn exactly how to spot what’s really costing yourenergy and how to start creating change so you can fully show up for yourself with energy that lasts this summer and beyond.  This episode delves into the physiology behind energy, dailyhabits, food, nutrition, exercise and a clear strategy to help you understand the root cause of what is truly draining your energy and the tools to help you change the patterns so you can skyrocket your energy without heading for burnout.   ✨Connect with BecciThe ENERGY AUDIT: More Info & Secure Spot  Email: [email protected] 1:1 Coaching: https://www.wellnesswithbecci.com/theresilienthealthmethod Follow on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/wellness_with_becci/
