What is Sexual Intimacy?

I am often asked what IS sexual intimacy? There is much confusion about sex. Despite the explosion of information and access to sexual content on social media and the internet, there is less understanding on what true intimacy is and how it can beautifully impact our lives.True intimacy heals our hearts. True intimacy offers safety to deeply surrender into another. True intimacy magnifies our gifts into the world.  True intimacy is ordained of God. In this episode I share my journey of why I became an intimacy coach and some of the personal trauma and celebrations that guided me through this journey.
