Prior to his business, David led advocacy and fundraising efforts for various nonprofit organizations in the animal protection, public health and environmental protection movements. In 2012, following more than a decade of work in the nonprofit world, David launched PlantBased Solutions to support the growth of businesses that offer sustainable and healthy products as a means to eliminate the desire for animal-based goods. PlantBased Solutions has provided strategic business development and marketing services to some of the world’s largest plant-based companies, in over 10 countries. PlantBased Solutions’ work has been covered in the New York Times, VegNews Magazine, and numerous trade publications, and David has spoken about social entrepreneurship and the growth of the plant-based industry to dozens of corporate and university groups.
