Before joining the StoneAge team, he was a buyer planner for Honeywell, the operations manager for an automotive manufacturer, and owned two companies. Since joining StoneAge, he has held the roles of Order Fulfillment Manager, Sewer Sales Director, Director of Operations, and now the Director of Global Operations. He oversees procurement, global branch operations, manufacturing, continuous improvement, quality, facilities, and safety. Episode Insight: Not everybody will show up great to work every day.
