Not one of the four providers treating Lindsay Clancy before January 24, 2023, ever contacted another to compare notes on her care. Her psychiatrist saw her fourteen times. Her nurse practitioner had no record of those visits. She jumped from a window, broke her spine, and is permanently paralyzed. She cut her own neck and wrists. Her blood pressure dropped in the ICU and she went into cardiac arrest.The prosecution says she planned it.
