I talk about how the main thing to do is to show up every day. That's number 1! Next, is to show up prepared every day. Be ready to train. Know more than what they expect you to know. you have to know more than they know. The last thing I talk about is that you have to be responsible for your training. whether you succeed or not is not dependent on your trainer or your instructor. It depends on YOU!
