What Questions Does Rex Heuermann's Guilty Plea Leave Unanswered?

A guilty plea provides certainty — conviction, sentence, finality on the charged cases. It does not provide the full public accounting a trial would have produced. This look back, with criminal defense attorney Bob Motta, examines what Rex Heuermann's plea resolves and what it leaves open.Heuermann pleaded guilty to three counts of first-degree murder and four counts of second-degree murder, and admitted to killing an eighth woman as part of the agreement.
