What Running 100 Days In A Row Taught Me

from Let's Just Talk · host Adam Martin

At the beginning of the year I had 3 running goals... •Run 1000km •Run A Sub 3:20min km •Run A Sub 40min 10km I'm the kind of person that loves to plan things out in a meaningful way and so I worked out that if I ran 3km everyday, then this would see me achieve my 1000km goal. What then eventuated was me running everyday and over the past 100 days my running has transformed in ways I never thought possible. In this episode I discuss what happened and how my running has changed as well as give my tips on how you can become a better, faster and more efficient runner.
