Different conversations. And yet one topic kept showing up:The stories we tell ourselves.Those little sentences that have been playing in the background for years. Sometimes so quietly that we barely notice them anymore.I like to think of it as having a DJ in our head who keeps putting the same song on repeat. 🤣The interesting part?We may have learned that song a very long time ago.Maybe from our parents. Maybe from people around us. Maybe from experiences that shaped us when we were young.And at some point, we start believing:This is just who I am.This is how life works.This is what is possible for me.But what if it isn't actually your truth anymore?In this episode, I share a very personal example from a Money Hypnosis Session – a sentence I once carried around that had far more influence on my life than I realised.And yes… there is also a story about me walking home alone at night.
