What the HELL is a "NAP" these days????

Taking a DEEP... HARD..... INTENSE Nap ... is something that I feel we all take for granted ... and most of my listeners who have Children ... Jobs... Husbands.... Wives ... Life ... would probably agree with me. (The photo with this episode is of My mom ... and Me as a little girl ... as we know naps post-partum are a MUST HAVE!!
