What to do when you find yourself lost in life

It happens. It happens to all of us. In fact it’s happened to me a few times in the past two years as well — that terrible feeling of being lost in your life. In this short and sweet solo episode I share how I got myself back on track after getting jostled pretty hard by some deaths and a near death accident.
