The evidence bag containing the Ka-Bar knife sheath allegedly had entries filled out twice — once on the bag itself with initials and a date written over the evidence tape, and again on a label affixed to the front with six recorded exchanges in what appeared to be similar handwriting with the same pen, spanning November 13 through November 16, 2022.
