Yet, as camp leaders, we depend on our staff to obtain the right training and certifications to ensure our camp programs run throughout the summer. Inclement weather is going to happen, leverage your resources to ensure your lifeguards are trained. Local community centres or hotels may have availability throughout the day that you could rent in the event of bad weather.
