Register via > https://www.gemmarose.nz/no-new-things -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- About Gemma Rose I’m a Pisces Sun, Libra Moon, Taurus Rising, a 2/4 Generator, part-time meme dealer, D&B lover —a highly sensitive human who found Breathwork during my Saturn Return after having my son in 2019. He changed everything 🤱 Not long after that, I became a solo mum navigating divorce after a 10-year relationship and utilised coaching, community & somatic tools to rebuild my sense of self again 🌬️👯‍♀️❤️‍🔥 I live in Kirikiriroa Hamilton (in NZ) but I grew up in Brisbane (Australia) and I’m the oldest of 4 siblings 🏠 For the past 3 years, I’ve helped 100s of people move through uncertainty, trust their intuition, and take big leaps toward their true calling inside my programmes, workshops & retreats 👁️ Before that? I spent a decade in the start-up world—launching businesses, working in award-winning ventures, and co-founding a youth charity that raised over $1M for community projects. I’ve consulted, campaigned, sat on boards, and if you want, can infodump how-to engage in strategic philanthropy, community governance, and systems change 😉🧠 Burning myself out in hustle culture working 80+ hour weeks in my 20s got me curious to embody more feminine energy as I built this business 🧘‍♂️ Now, I’m passionate about helping sensitive creatives and entrepreneurs KNOW who they are, and get paid to do what they love AND staying well in the process 🙏 I’ve got a First-Class Honors Business degree, been on scholarship to study entrepreneurship in the Netherlands, and have spent the last 6 years immersed in trauma-informed healing+ trainings that I bring alongside my background in leadership 🤍 But more than anything—I know what it’s like to want more out of life. To be multi-passionate with lots of projects on the go. To rewrite your story. To recreate yourself. To finally say YES to your heart. To HEAL 🫶 If that’s a bit of you, welcome. We’re gonna get along just fine 💛 Ways to work together 1. The Art of Connection 2. Breathwork Workshops 3. No New Things 4. The Library 5.
