What's a Non-Negotiable and Why it's So Important

A non-negotiable is exactly what you think it means; something that you will not negotiate or compromise with, no matter what. If you've never created a list of your non-negotiables, then the time do it that is RIGHT NOW. The reason why it's extremely important to do so, is that without this list, without a framework of what your standards are, then you are liable to compromise or settle. And when you settle, which is a clear indication that you are lowering your standards, you're basically setting yourself up to be become bitter, frustrated, angry, and most of all resentful of the other person and yourself.  So, make this list and make it now. By figuring out what goes on this list, which should be a compilation of values, morals, and qualities that are important to you, you're establishing a sturdy foundation that can built upon. You're radiating out into the Universe exactly what you desire for yourself, as well as the person you want to spend the rest of your life with.  That may not happen today, tomorrow, or for a year, but when it does, you will be inviting someone into your space that is on the same level as you. You'll be welcoming someone into your life with the same mindset as you. And that will set you up for a relationship that can grow, thrive, and become something that is nothing short of magical.
