In this replay from 2022, I’ll share why it’s so important to build a sobriety toolbox. I really wish there was a better word than “toolbox”, though. “Toolboxes” are used on things that are broken. I am not broken and neither are you. Nevertheless, today I’ll share the tools that I rely on not just to cope, but to flourish in sobriety.
