I like to ask all of my guests, “what’s in your sobriety toolbox?,” but I really wish there was a better word than “toolbox”. “Toolboxes” are used on things that are broken. I am not broken and neither are you. Nevertheless, these are the tools that I rely on not just to cope, but to flourish in sobriety.
