This episode with Joe is full of nuggets that will open your eyes and make you examine your relationship wit yourself and how you eat and exercise.  The main point of having Joe on the podcast was to discuss body dysmorphia, but it turned out to be so much more. Joe explains how the obsession with how we look is actually a distractor to what we are actually feeling. Our mind and our ego are trying to protect us from the feelings we don't want to feel.
