But God declared a day of the week as Holy, set apart, and blessed. On the 7th day God rested, and God commands us to enter into this practice as a way of establishing a rhythm with the universe, with ourselves, and with Him. God also brings us into the practice of Sabbath to resist the toxicity of a world that says 'never stop'.
